Vicky comes from a brand and design background - shaped by years in UK agencies and global retail brands. Jayson brings strategy, operations, and storytelling, having built and grown hospitality and lifestyle brands from the inside.

Different backgrounds but one shared belief: brands work best when strategy and creativity are coupled together.

We started Kind & Wild because founders kept telling us the same thing: agencies felt distant, processes bloated, and the people selling the work weren’t the ones doing it.

So we built the studio we’d want to work with: hands-on, thoughtful, and accountable.
